Tropical Storm Laura: Get updates on spaghetti models, tracker map as storm nears

Tropical Storm Laura is forecast to become a major hurricane before it making landfall later this week. According to the National Hurricane Center, the storm is expected to hit Louisiana on either Wednesday or Thursday.
As of the NHC’s 8 p.m. advisory on Monday, Laura was recorded as having maximum sustained winds of 65 mph while moving 20 mph west-northwest through the Gulf. The storm made landfall in Cuba on Sunday as a tropical storm.
Port Bolivar, Texas, to west of Morgan City, La. are currently under a hurricane watch as Laura continues its approach toward the mainland.
